funny how you don’t try to talk to me or check in on me for over a month but as soon as you need something i’m the one you come to.
let’s think about that.
I think a lot of my disappointments and frustrations come from the overly high expectations I have for everything.
I can’t help it, and in all honestly I wish I didn’t think the way I do, but my brain craves perfection. And life isn’t perfect. It’s so far from perfect, and I just keep getting disappointed over and over again, but I don’t really know how to change my ways of thinking.
